How does home health care work?

A hospital social worker, nurse, personal physician, or a family member may ask you if you are interested in receiving home health care. You can direct these individuals to give us a call, or you may call yourself. A physician's order - which can be obtained through any of these people or by us through a telephone call - is required for our services.
